Vedic Havan Protocol
Agnihotra — the ancient Vedic fire ritual that purifies living spaces, balances electromagnetic energy, and aligns your daily rhythm with cosmic cycles.

How to Perform Agnihotra
Clean & Align
Sit facing East (for energy growth) or North (for spiritual knowledge). Place your copper Agnihotra kund on a heat-resistant surface. Ensure the area is clean and free from clutter.
Best performed in an open, well-ventilated space.
Prepare the Sacred Fire
Arrange pure dried cow dung cakes inside the copper vessel in a small pyramid. Smear cow ghee on the dung pieces. Light with organic camphor or a long match.
Use only indigenous cow dung — not buffalo or hybrid.
Timed Mantra Offerings
Exactly at sunrise or sunset, chant the prescribed Agnihotra mantras. Offer brown unpolished rice grains mixed with pure A2 cow ghee to the fire with each 'Swaha'.
Timing is critical — use an Agnihotra timer app for precision.
Silent Meditation
Sit quietly until the fire naturally subsides. The sacred ash created is charged with prana and can be used as plant fertilizer or applied as Vibhuti.
Collect ash in a clean glass jar for later use.

“The pyramid shape of the kund channels the purifying energy upward, cleansing the entire room.”
Why Perform Daily Agnihotra?

Creates a sattvic, calm atmosphere for meditation
Regulates circadian rhythm when performed at sunrise/sunset
Produces medicinal smoke that relieves respiratory congestion
